This comprehensive, 75-minute consultation is where the clinical work begins. We will dive deeply into your entire health timeline and past history. During this visit, we will discuss and initiate Comprehensive Bloodwork including a full hormone panel and create your initial Personalized Care Plan, which includes individualized hormone therapy, targeted supplements, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
STEP 3:
FOLLOW UPS
Follow-up timelines are highly personalized but typically occur every 4–12 weeks to check on your progress and modify your plan as your health evolves. Between appointments, you will have secure access to our patient portal to send messages and ask any questions that arise.
